MDH came with me. 

Poor him! He was not feeling great and had had a bad night. He looked almost blue. 

Thanks for coming with me Hon. 

But we got to the clinic on time. 

The scan went well.

My endometrium is finally doing as it should – it was about 8mm. 

And I had about 11 follicles growing nicely – five of which were over 12mm.

The nurse said they would usually expect the leading follicle to be about 18mm in diameter. One of my follicles was about 16mm in diameter in one direction. It felt so good to see them growing nicely. 

About four days ago for two nights in a row, I thought I had ovulation pains and was a little scared that all the waiting would result in AF. But thankfully so far all is going well. 

The clinic want me to carry on with the injections and come back in for another scan on Monday – Easter Monday. I sense that I might have my trigger injection sometime mid next week and then perhaps EC (egg collection) around about last next week. Which would mean perhaps transfer middle of the week after that. 

This is all soo exciting and happening so fast too. 

But MDH and I are trying to keep a cool head just in case this does not work.
